In-Decision Vs. Indecision

These past few weeks there have been so many decisions to make. Both in my personal life and my business. I've had to make so many decisions concerning my dad and getting him settled into hospice and comfort once he came home. I've had to help both of my parents make important decisions to this new normal in their lives.
On my own home front we have been in the process of a bathroom remodel, college applications, horse shows that we've never been a part of, a new volleyball club, finishing up my Life Coaching Certification for my business, ...and on and on.
I am no different than any of you.
You're all going through similar decisions. Yours just look different than mine do now.
I can feel overwhelm tapping me on my shoulder. I try to stay away from overwhelm as much as possible. For me, when things get to be moving fast, as far as decisions need to be made, it's so easy to fall into overwhelm. I keep my thoughts in check by being the observer of my feelings, actions and results.
Trust me, I do fall into indecision. I just spend less time in it now that I've learned the skills of being an observer of my thoughts.
If I feel overwhelmed I know that that feeling is from my thoughts.
To keep things clear and uncluttered in my mind I am constantly writing and rewriting my to do list.
Then, I just stay In-Decision.
I decide what I'm going to do.
Period.
I stop asking for opinions from others.
I DO know what I want.
I don't let my mind spin or second guess my thoughts.
I just DO!
I'm living in a state of abundance and not scarcity.
I'm abundant in decision making. Not in scarcity of what I wish I could/should be doing.
I'm enjoying this journey of this phase of my life.
If I let overwhelm settle in, I don't get to enjoy life's up's and down's.
We wouldn't know an up if we didn't have our down's!
Where do you want to be?
In-Decision... or in Indecision?
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is not about giving advice or focusing on traumas of your past, but rather showing you your thoughts and how they are impacting your life so that you are empowered to choose different thoughts and ultimately get different results in your life.
I am happy to coach on anything you'd like to work on. It doesn't have to be about organizing. It can be anything that you find yourself dwelling on and not making forward progress in your life, i.e. a situation with a friend, sister, brother, husband, mother, teacher, etc.
As your Life Coach I would not empathize with you, cry with you or judge you… it's different than talking to you as you would your friends, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers.
I would be a COACH.
I would simply help show you what's going on in your brain and we would look at that together. We would talk about any problem or frustration you are having or anything you want to change about your life.
