Happiness- The Miracle Morning in 6 Minutes

How are you doing with your HAPPINESS? To be honest, I need a boost to get the Happiness Habits into place and I like doing so by listening to Gretchen Rubin's Happier Podcast. Her tips are quick and easy to implement. I love her tip about giving hello and goodbye hugs and kisses. I am pretty good about doing that, but after listening to her podcast it is now in the forefront of my mind. Let's face it who doesn't love a hug and a kiss for a greeting or a goodbye?

Another great source to find happiness and productivity that I found was The Miracle Morning. These tips are a great way to set the tone for your day and be as productive and meaningful in your daily activities. You can customize and choose how much time to commit to your own miracle morning. Here is a handy six minute guide from the book for days when you have less than 10 minutes!

Minute One – wake up peacefully with a smile on your face and, instead of rushing into your hectic day, sit in purposeful silence.

Minute Two – read your daily affirmations that remind you of your unlimited potential and your most important priorities.

Minute Three – Close your eyes or look at your vision board and see the day going perfectly, you enjoying your work, family, self and accomplishing everything you want to accomplish for that day. Get a clear picture of yourself full of energy, healthy and strong.

Minute Four – Write some things you’re grateful for, proud of, and the results you’re committed to creating for that day.

Minute Five – Grab a self-help book and read for a minute. You can learn a new idea and incorporate that into your work or relationships.

Minute Six – Move your body. Stand up, stretch, do some sit-ups or push-ups.
